Who we are

QuestKeep is built and operated by Wittenberger Industries, a company registered in Romania. Our registered company name and registration number (CUI) are available on request.

The way to reach us is in-app feedback from Family settings.

QuestKeep is in beta

Features appear, change, and occasionally break. We may reset test data, change how something works, or take a surface offline while we fix it. Please do not treat QuestKeep as the only record of anything that matters to you.

The account

One grown-up — the guardian — creates the family account and holds it. That guardian is the party who agrees to these terms, invites any other guardians, sets the family's rules, and is responsible for what happens under the account.

You need to give a real email address you control, because that is how you sign in and recover access. Keeping your sign-in safe is your responsibility.

Children and supervision

Children do not get their own QuestKeep account. A guardian creates an adventurer profile for each child inside the family, and the child signs in on a shared family device with a short PIN. Children never enter an email address and never meet our sign-in provider.

QuestKeep is a tool for a supervising adult. Approvals, coin values, rewards, and any real-money settlement are the guardian's decisions, made in the guardian's judgement.

Coins are play money

Coins in QuestKeep are play money for a family game. The Royal Treasury tracks what a family has agreed a child may convert; the actual money changes hands between you and your child, outside the app.

QuestKeep is not a bank, a broker, a payment service, an investment product, or a financial adviser. Nothing in the app is financial advice, and no coin, balance, or vault bonus is a real financial instrument.

Paid plans and the trial

QuestKeep is a paid product with a free trial and no advertising. During the beta we are not charging for access. When paid plans start, the price and the trial length will be shown before you are asked for anything, and you will be able to cancel from inside the app.

Acceptable use

Use QuestKeep for your own family. Do not try to reach another family's data, break the sign-in, hammer our servers, resell access, or put content in the app that is illegal or unsuitable for children.

We may suspend an account that does any of this, and we will tell you why when we can.

Availability and changes

We do not promise QuestKeep will be available all the time. It runs on Azure App Service, and it will sometimes be down for maintenance, for a deploy, or because of a problem at our host. We may add, change, or remove features during the beta.

Liability

QuestKeep is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for coins or history lost to a bug or an outage, or for decisions a family makes using the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Ending your account

You can stop using QuestKeep whenever you like, and a guardian can delete adventurer profiles from the family settings. A guardian can also delete the whole family account from Family settings.

We may end an account that breaks these terms, or if we stop running QuestKeep — in which case we will give you as much warning as we reasonably can.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law, and the courts of Romania have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protections your own country's law gives you.

Changes to these terms

We will update this page when QuestKeep changes, and the date at the top tells you when we last did. For a change that matters — pricing, or how we handle your family's data — we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
